Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DentiSoft. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind that clinic.

DentiSoft is software for managing a dental practice: patients, appointments, treatment records, billing, and appointment notifications sent by email and WhatsApp. It is an administrative tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide clinical advice, and it must not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are for the registered clinic and its staff; do not share access outside it.

You are responsible for the patient information you enter — for having a lawful basis to record it, for its accuracy, and for informing patients that appointment notifications will be sent to the contact details you provide. You must honour a patient's request to stop receiving notifications.

We handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the notification system to send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages
• enter data for people who are not patients of your clinic
• attempt to access another clinic's data
• probe, scrape, or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits
• use the service for anything unlawful

Misuse of WhatsApp notifications affects delivery for every clinic on the platform, so we enforce this strictly and may suspend an account immediately for a breach.

Paid plans are billed in advance at the rates shown at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.

We work to keep DentiSoft available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may cause downtime. Notification delivery additionally depends on email and WhatsApp providers, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message is delivered.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, DentiSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy; export anything you need beforehand.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
